WORK SHIRT

A shirt jacket based on a classic work jacket. It incorporates just the right amount of shirt details to create a light, easy-to-wear piece. It features an ambiguous balance between a shirt and a work jacket. It features front and chest pockets, making it convenient for workwear.

MATERIAL: LINEN 40% RAMIE 30% COTTON 30%

This is an original material woven using old-fashioned looms at a historic weaving shop in the Oshu region.
The warp threads are 120/2 cotton and compact 12/3 cotton air-spun. The weft threads are 60/1 ramie and 44/1 linen. This plain yet impactful classic striped fabric is made with this material.
By using two types of cotton yarn with large counts for the warp threads, we were able to create a three-dimensional striped pattern while still using a plain weave.
The weft threads are made of alternating strands of ramie and linen, giving the fabric a moderate firmness and a nice texture.
In addition, it is woven at the highest possible density, resulting in a robust fabric despite its delicate appearance.
With each wear, the linen becomes less stiff and develops a firm texture, almost like an antique.

Precautions for handling garment-dyed products

*Due to the special dyeing and washing process, each item will have different color unevenness, wrinkles, and texture. Please note that there may be some variation from the sample.
* Although we take great care in producing products that are dyed, please be aware that there may be cases of dye transfer depending on the circumstances.
*Because we use a unique ultra-high density fabric, sewing is very difficult and needle holes may be visible in the sewing and other places. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to pinholes. We appreciate your understanding, including the difference with the sample.

* We make the most of the natural unevenness of dyeing, stains, texture, and other unique characteristics of natural dyeing. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the unique characteristics of natural dyeing, such as "There was uneven dyeing," "I'm not satisfied with the way it dyed," "I'm not satisfied with the texture," "There are stains," etc. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
*There is a possibility that the product may have a dye smell, but this is a smell unique to natural dyeing, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the characteristics of natural dyeing. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
