Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for defective products or incorrect deliveries.
If the product you receive is defective or has been delivered incorrectly, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and tell us the reason for return.
We will contact you later regarding the return address and shipping costs (covered by us).
The cooling off period is a law that applies to door-to-door sales and telephone solicitations.
Please note that this does not apply to mail order sales.
About Shipping
Currently, we only ship domestically. We are unable to accept orders.
It will be shipped by Yamato Transport. We have an agreement with Yamato Transport.
The shipping fee is 1,000 yen. Shipping is free for orders over 50,000 yen.
Normally, we will ship within 2 to 4 days after the contract is concluded and the order is completed. Once the product has been shipped, we will send you an email to notify you of the shipment completion. Please note that in the unlikely event that the delivery is delayed due to weather conditions,
