This is a 36G super high-gauge jersey knit fabric made by knitters in Wakayama.
Using a very rare knitting machine, one of only a few in Japan, this fabric is knitted to an extremely high gauge of 36G, achieving a jersey material that resembles woven fabric.
Designed with nylon on the face and cotton on the back, the fabric is brushed on the back during finishing, creating a material that can be worn for an extended period during the autumn and winter seasons.
Knitting to an extremely high gauge gives the fabric a crispness and subtle sheen, resulting in a very fashionable and elegant texture.
The raw materials include recycled materials, making it a sustainable and high-performance fabric.
