RESEARCHER BAG - LARGE (NATURAL GARMENT DYE)

A shoulder bag designed with the bag that the designer always carried and used when doing design research as the source of inspiration.

The color was achieved by hand-dyeing the original check fabric with persimmon tannin garment dye.

The second photo shows a different fabric version as an example of the shape.

Please note that each persimmon tannin dyeing is done by hand by craftsmen in Kyoto, so there will be variations in color and dye concentration. We do not accept returns for individual differences such as being too dark or too light. Thank you for your understanding.

MATERIAL: LINEN 56%, COTTON 31%, SILK 13%

This original fabric is woven at a textile mill in the Bishu region.
It features a natural and elegant nep texture, created by using linen for the warp and a cotton-silk blend for the weft.
A washer finish was applied to give it an even more natural and refined texture.
The gingham check pattern is created with a Serge weave.

* Silk nep products, handling precautions
- This yarn retains the natural slubs of silk. Due to friction during wear or washing, slubs may come off. Please note that this is a characteristic phenomenon of the fabric's texture.
- There may be knots in the yarn protruding like slubs on the fabric surface, but this is not a defective product. Please note that this is a characteristic phenomenon of the fabric.
* Hand-dyed products, handling precautions
- Because artisans dye each item by hand, the color and unevenness will vary from piece to piece. Please understand this variation, including differences from samples.
- Although we take extreme care when creating garments that have been product-washed or product-dyed, color transfer may occur depending on the situation. Please be aware of this in advance.
- We maximize the unique characteristics of natural dyeing, such as natural color unevenness, spots, and areas where the dye has concentrated. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the unique characteristics of natural dyeing, such as "there was uneven dyeing," "I'm not satisfied with how it was dyed," "I'm not satisfied with the areas where the dye concentrated," or "there are spots." Please be aware of this before placing your order.
- The product may have a dye smell, but this is a natural smell characteristic of natural dyeing. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the unique characteristics of natural dyeing. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
