A pleated jacket inspired by a very old, rustic house brand item.

MATERIAL: 100% miscellaneous fibers (HEMP)

This original material was woven on an old-fashioned loom at a historic weaving mill in the Bishu region.
It is a plain-weave fabric made from thick hemp yarn, woven to the highest possible density in both warp and weft.
After weaving, the fabric was Nidom-processed, intentionally shrinking it significantly to create an uneven surface texture.
Additionally, during processing, the fabric surface rubbed, softening the surface nap and giving it a moist, brushed-like feel.
Although initially a hard, canvas-like fabric when woven at high density, the Nidom processing gives it the texture of an old cloth that has been cherished for many years.
