This is Italian leather, vegetable-tanned and aniline-finished using the vacchetta method, with a rich oil content, manufactured by CONCERIA GUIDI ROSELLINI in the Santa Croce district of Italy. It is characterized by a fine grain surface, and a substantial, springy texture from its abundant oil. As it is used, its color deepens and it develops a rich patina, much like well-worn vintage leather, making it a rewarding leather that clearly shows its age.
