DRIZZLER JACKET

A simple zip-up blouson based on classic workwear. A boxy silhouette with a moderate size that allows for a relaxed fit. A lightweight blouson with no lining. Snap buttons at the neck and cuffs.

MATERIAL: SILK 50% LINEN 50%
This original material is woven on an old-fashioned loom at a historic weaving shop in the Bishu region. The warp thread is 14-ply silk pongee thread, and the weft thread is 25-ply linen.
A simple plain weave material with the perfect blend of the firmness of linen and the softness of silk. After weaving, the silk is stone washed to whiten it, giving it a deeper look and softening it, creating the feel of an old cloth that has been around for many years.

We use silk and linen yarn that retains the natural neps.
After weaving, the fabric is stone washed to further highlight the neps.
Neps may fall out due to friction when worn. Please note that this is a unique phenomenon of the fabric's texture.
